Profile & uploads: profile photo and images you choose to upload (e.g., for products or reviews).
Orders & payments: shipping address, order items and totals. Payment processing is handled by our payment partners; we do not store full card/bank details.
Device & usage data: device model, OS version, app version, IP address, language, crash/error logs, and analytics events related to how you use the app.
Cookies & similar: on the website we may use cookies/local storage for sign-in, cart, preferences, and analytics.

2) How We Use Your Information

Provide and operate the Service, process orders, and deliver products.

3) App Permissions (Android)

We request only what is needed for core functionality.

Photos/Media Lets you select and upload images from your device (e.g., profile/product images). We access only the files you choose via the system picker.
Camera (optional) Allows taking a photo in-app instead of selecting from gallery.
Notifications For order updates and important account alerts. You can manage this in device settings.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited data with:

8) Account Deletion Policy

Users of Ostagar Online can request deletion of their account and associated personal data at any time. After verifying the request, we permanently remove personal data such as name, email, phone number, and profile details from our active systems within 30–90 days, unless retention is required by law (e.g., order or tax records).
